REBT consists of Pyscho-education, homework, tools whilst exploring irrational beliefs and unhealthy emotions. In time this will help us have a more positive way of life. Feeling emotions and sensations, being in the here and now whilst looking forward to the future, without numbing your emotions, it’s feeling the healthy ones both in happy times and sad times but getting rid of the unhealthy ones, the ones that don’t help us.
